RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, we do offer exchanges or store credit in accordance with the policy below.
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@arqive.com.au.
Returns are accepted only for an exchange or store credit, provided all return conditions are met. Items that do not meet our return conditions will not be accepted.
Important Return Information
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt
- We do not provide monetary refunds for change of mind
- You may choose an exchange or store credit (gift card)
- Items discounted 40% or more are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Until returned items are received at our facility, they remain your responsibility
- Items that fail to meet return conditions will not be accepted
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, all items must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached
- Be free from perfume, body odour, deodorant, or washing powder
- Be free from make-up, tan marks, glitter, and pet hair
Please ensure your return is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Any item returned with signs of wear, stains, odours, or damage will incur a 20% deduction from the store credit issued for that item.
Exchanges
If your item is not the right size or does not suit you, you may exchange it for a different size or item.
- Exchange items will be sent once your return is processed
- We cannot hold items for exchange, so we recommend returning items promptly
- If the requested exchange item is out of stock, store credit will be issued instead
- Discount codes cannot be applied to exchanges
Store Credit Returns
- Store credit is issued once your return is received at our facility
- Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing
- Store credit is issued as a Gift Card, emailed to the original order email address
